Gmail:

1. Add to Contacts:

  • Open an email from the sender.
  • Hover over the sender's name.
  • Click "Add to Contacts" to save them to your Contacts list.

2. Create a Filter:

  • Click the gear icon, then "See all settings."
  • Go to "Filters and Blocked Addresses" and click "Create a new filter."
  • Enter the email address in the "From" field.
  • Click "Create filter" with this search and select "Never send it to Spam."

Outlook.com/Hotmail:

1. Add to Safe Senders:

  • Click the gear icon, then "View all Outlook settings."
  • Go to "Mail" > "Junk email."
  • Under "Safe senders and domains," click "Add" and enter the email address.
  • Click "Save."

2. Add to Contacts:

  • Open an email from the sender.
  • Click on their name and choose "Add to contacts."

Yahoo Mail:

1. Add to Contacts:

  • Click on an email from the sender.
  • Click "Add" next to the sender's name.
  • Confirm the contact details and click "Save."

2. Create a Filter:

  • Click the gear icon, then "More Settings."
  • Go to "Filters" and click "Add new filters."
  • Name your filter and enter the sender's email in the "From" field.
  • Choose "Inbox" as the folder to deliver the emails to and save the filter.

Apple Mail:

1. Add to Contacts:

  • Open an email from the sender.
  • Click on the sender's email address.
  • Click "Add to Contacts" and save the information.

2. Create a Rule:

  • Go to "Mail" > "Preferences" > "Rules."
  • Click "Add Rule."
  • Set the condition to "If any of the following conditions are met: From Contains" and enter the sender's email.
  • Set "Move Message" to the mailbox "Inbox."
  • Click "Ok" to save the rule.
